Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChatReady.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

Description of Service

ChatReady.io is an AI search visibility platform that helps businesses monitor and improve how they appear across AI search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and Google AI Overviews. The Service includes brand monitoring, AI readiness audits, action plan generation, product optimization, and agency white-label tools.

Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

Subscription Billing

  • Paid subscriptions (Pro, Business, Agency, Agency+) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or any renewal charge. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. To request a refund, contact us at support@chatready.io. Product optimizer credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to analyze websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond normal use
  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or manipulate AI search results in deceptive ways
  • Resell or redistribute analysis results as a competing service (except under Agency plans with white-label features)
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
  • Upload malicious files, code, or content through any feature of the Service

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ChatReady.io uses artificial intelligence (including models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, and Microsoft) to generate analyses, recommendations, action plans, and content suggestions. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. All AI-generated recommendations are provided as guidance only and should be reviewed and validated by your team before implementation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content from the Service.

Intellectual Property

The ChatReady.io platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is our intellectual property. Analysis results generated for your websites belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process your website data solely to provide the Service. Agency plan users may white-label reports under their own branding as permitted by their plan.

Limitation of Liability

ChatReady.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific improvements in AI search visibility or any particular business outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI search engine APIs are third-party services outside our control and may occasionally be unavailable. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance when possible.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
